This makes sure to reduce the crystal lattice stress, which facilitates controlled fracture and breakdown behaviour in highly critical ultra precision applications, resulting in improving the toughness and performance of our diamonds.

Our crystals are prepared through the CVD process where gas phase reactions in carbon-containing gases like methane as well as excess hydrogen leads to a breakdown of the gas molecules into reactive species. This leads to a homo-epitaxial growth of a nuovo diamond on a single crystal seed of known orientation.
